Auto AC Repair

My Car A/C is Blowing Hot Air
We take a look first on some parts of car air conditioning system to have a little background about the system. Air conditioning system has what it calls the “Refrigerant”, a substance that is considered as the life blood of the car air conditioning.

No Air Comes Out the A/C Vents
When there is no air coming out the car a/c vents, it only means that the blower/fan is not working. There are causes why a blower / fan will not work in a car air conditioning system it can either be a blown fuse or a failed blower motor.

AC in Vehicle Not Blowing Cold Air
This kind of problem usually indicates slow refrigerant leak or a clogged condenser. Refrigerant serves as the life blood of the a/c system.

Mildew Smell Removal on Car A/C
Mildew smell removal on car air conditioning can only be done if the cause of the problem is identified. Usually a mildew smell that comes out the a/c vents is cause by a drain pan on the evaporator of air conditioning that is not draining.

Car A/C Initially Blows Cold Air then Followed by Warm Air
A/C system has a component called an expansion valve. The expansion valve controls the amount of refrigerant that flows into the evaporator. If the expansion valve is blocked the refrigerant will stop flowing into the evaporator, if this happens the a/c system will only produce warm air.

Air with Mildew Odor Comes out the Car Air conditioning Vents
When an air has mildew odor comes out the car air conditioning vents this indicates that the car air conditioning system has a drain pan problem.

Warm Air Randomly Comes Out the Car Air Conditioning
When a car air conditioning system blows warm air in randomly fashion, this is an indication of two possible problems. The first one is that the car a/c unit has a failing compressor and the second one is that the a/c unit has a problem on the electrical system.

 Mildew Smell Car Air Conditioner
One of the key components of the car air conditioner unit is called the evaporator. This component gets very cold when car aircon is operated thus when air is blown through the evaporator fins this can cause the air that comes out the aircon vent becomes cold.

Air Conditioning Vents Seized Blowing of Air
If there is no air blowing out the car air conditioning vents, this only means that the blower is not working, and when the blower is not working the two most common cause of this problem is a blown fuse or failed motor blower.

AC Blower Causes Air Not to come out the AC Vents
Just like any other electrical devices, the AC blower as parts of its circuit has a fuse, and for some reason it might be blown out and can cause the AC blower not to function immediately as it should be.

Car Air Conditioning Vents Barely Blows Air
Usually when your car air conditioning fan is at maximum setting, air coming out your car air conditioning vent is also at maximum air blowing, but when your car air conditioning vent barely blows out air there is a problem, and the main reason of this is a blower problem or air duct blockage problem.

Car Air Conditioner Blowing Hot Air
When your car air conditioning is blowing hot air, this means that refrigerant cannot absorb the heat coming from your car passenger compartment. This kind of problem often cause by a refrigerant leak or a clogged condenser.
